This Savoury Selection from The Bread & Butter Project includes two handmade pastries - a Ham and Swiss Cheese Mini Danish and a Spinach and Feta Slipper. The Mini Danish is built on an enriched, hi-protein dough layered with smoked Australian pork ham, Swiss cheese, and a tomato relish with just enough sweetness to balance the salt. The Spinach and Feta Slipper is soft and pillowy inside, filled with spinach, feta, ricotta, and a gentle warmth from garlic and cracked black pepper ... yum.

Both are made with care and purpose by The Bread & Butter Project's bakery (a Sydney-based social enterprise that trains and employs refugees and people seeking asylum through the craft of baking), then freshly frozen so they arrive at their best. Warm them in the oven and they're ready in minutes - the kind of thing that makes an ordinary Tuesday feel like a Saturday morning.
